Bollywood movie star Biju Subbaiah will star in a TV series titled ‘Gooosebump’ from Disney Channel on Thursday, 2019, the channel announced.
‘Goosebump’ will debut on Disney Channel in 2019 with a new 10-episode season, as part the Disney Princesses of the Galaxy spinoff.
The series will debut during the premiere of Disney Princess Disney: Princess & Pippin.
“We are so excited to have Bijus Subbaah join us on ‘Goosiebump,’ and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him as the lead,” Disney Channel President &”John Landgraf” said.
Biju, who is currently the most-watched actor in Bollywood in the world, is the son of Bollywood actor and actor-turned-producer Bija Subbaia.
His debut will mark his first lead role in an entertainment production in more than a decade.
This marks the first time Bijs has appeared in an animation series.
Disney Princesses, like Disney’s other princesses, are the latest in a long line of Disney princesses to feature in movies.
On Wednesday, Disney announced the release of Disney XD’s first series, titled Disney Princess: The Magical World of Disney.
The first episode will debut next year.
